If you really want to get fit and have a sexy body, not only question the workout, but have the guts and the will to do so. Most people are making promises about weight loss and fitness related to health of body, but the thing is, they were destined to be overlooked all the promises made and overrated. Want to lose weight? Act now and promise later!

3. Do not be fooled by the advertising of strong
Health products that are available on the market are generally referred to as "less fat" or "cholesterol free" and other stimuli. Guess what? These products are still bad for your health. Less fat does not mean it is not 100% fat in their favorite products. Fats are only reduced, but there certainly are fat.

4. Processed foods are the most dangerous food
The food that came into any type of process is bad for your health. This includes hot dogs, ham, bacon, chips, hamburgers and canned goods. These processed food products can cause cancer, heart disease and many other disease known to man. So if you want a healthy year, avoid processed foods.

5. Any physical activity is good for health
Having time to get a good workout or just a simple exercise can be a daunting task for most busy people. The good news is that any simple physical activity is a great alternative to regular exercise. A simple 15-minute walk can strengthen your immune system and reduce the risk of several cardiovascular diseases. Housework, cycling or a simple car wash are all good for your health.

6. Nature is still the best
Natural foods are known to have beneficial effects. It is still far preferable to consume natural food products artificially, such as fruit juices and canned fruit cocktail. Fruits and vegetables can be purchased at any local market, why artificial foods, if you can eat natural products that are better health wise? You decide!

7. See your doctor regularly
People are dying because they do not receive medical treatment for their first unknown diseases. Remember that even cancers are curable if detected early. Health care must always be your priority. Be sure to visit your doctor at least twice a year for total regular body check.
